Orders
The Website allows a user to place an electronic order (orders) for one or more products on offer provided such products are available.
A purchasing contract between the user and Edutoys shall be completed only once the user has placed an order, the payment has been made, received and acknowledged by Edutoys.

Cash deposit into our account please be advised that the cash deposit fees will be for your account and need to be included in the payment.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): For payment outside South Africa, please be advised that all bank charges are strictly for your account. Edutoys is not liable for bank charges incurred for international bank transfers.
Deliveries

All orders are shipped out to the customer within 5-7 working days.

Orders above R 2000: The client will receive free delivery with the courier, to make use of this service a physical street address must be provided as delivery address at checkout. All shipments are insured and followed by an email to the customer with a parcel tracking number. Delivery can take up to 8 working days if products are already manufactured and in stock (it can often be less than this too). If products are out of stock, we will contact you with an expected date. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside South Africa, please contact our company’s office.

Orders below R2000: we charge a flat fee of R99 for courier & handling on all online orders below R2000, to make use of this service a physical street address must be provided as delivery address at checkout. All shipments are insured and followed by an email to the customer with a parcel tracking number. Delivery can take up to 8 working days if products are in stock (it can often be less than this too) if products are out of stock or need to be manufactured, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Free Collection: you can collect your order from our offices in Wynberg, Cape Town, collect your order once you receive a notification from us that your order is ready for collection.
Returns & Exchange
We stand behind all our products we sell. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, it may be returned to our office within 7 days of receipt for a refund, credit, or exchange if it is unused, all packaging is intact, and our packaging seals remain intact and not tampered with.
This is to ensure all pieces are not misplaced, used, or damaged. Should the packaging not be satisfactory, you are at risk of not receiving a refund or exchange of the product. Should you return a product, and it is not faulty, you will be charged handling fees. Kindly report any queries or problems on products immediately to: orders@edutoysco.co.za.
All returns can be couriered to: Unit 6 Devonshire Court, 20 Devonshire Road, Wynberg, Cape Town.

Unpack your box and safety throw away the packaging. Sanitize every product you have received, re-wash or sanitize your hands.
